Shipping Information
Processing Time: 1-2 business days after order confirmation
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote locations.
Our Return Promise
We understand that sometimes a tool or material doesn’t quite meet your creative needs. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items in their original condition.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For the safety and quality of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Floss (due to hygiene reasons)
- Opened books and magazines
- Electric spinning wheels (due to complex mechanisms)
- Custom-ordered castle spinning wheels
- Personalized or made-to-order items
- Tools showing signs of use (including hand spindles with wear marks)
How to Return an Item

- Wait for Approval: Our fiber-friendly team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions
- Package Carefully: Return items in original packaging with all accessories

Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the same steps as returns
- Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (additional shipping charges may apply)
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
For international customers: Refunds will be processed in USD and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product (we’re only human, though we try to be as precise as a well-tuned spinning wheel!):
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged item or incorrect product
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately
