Our Return Promise

At The Yarn Haven, we understand that sometimes a tool or material doesn’t quite meet your creative needs. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, floss and opened books/magazines cannot be returned.

Special Considerations for Fiber Artists

For the safety of our community, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Electric spinning wheels (due to complex mechanisms)
  • Custom-ordered castle spinning wheels
  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Any tools showing signs of use (including hand spindles with wear marks)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number
  2. Wait for approval – Our fiber-friendly team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions
  3. Package carefully – Return items in original packaging with all accessories

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the same steps as returns

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

International customers: Refunds will be processed in USD and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product (we’re only human, though we try to be as precise as a well-tuned spinning wheel!):

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately
