Do you sell beginner-friendly weaving and spinning kits?
Absolutely! We offer several beginner kits that include premium materials and clear instructions. Our kits are designed to help new fiber artists start their creative journey with confidence. Look for kits marked “Beginner-Friendly” in our collections.
How do I choose the right shuttle for my project?
Our Boat Shuttles and End Feed Shuttles each serve different weaving styles:
- Boat shuttles are versatile for most general weaving
- End feed shuttles provide smoother selvedges for fine work

Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
We offer two thoughtful shipping solutions:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): 1-2 day processing + 10-15 day delivery via DHL/FedEx
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): 1-2 day processing + 15-25 day delivery via EMS
How are delicate items like spinning wheels packaged?
Every fragile item receives our Craft-Smart Packaging treatment:
- Spinning wheels are disassembled when possible and wrapped in protective materials
- Bobbin winders and shuttles are individually cushioned
- All packages use eco-friendly materials that provide maximum protection
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally* from our Denver studio to creative spaces worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which we calculate at checkout so there are no surprises. *Some Asian and remote locations excluded – please contact us to verify service to your country.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your creative tools. You may return most unused items in original condition within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Special orders and customized items may be exempt.
What if my item arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging, sometimes accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and work with the carrier to prevent future issues.
